Is this auto-trading?
No. Every order is a member sending one trade from their own account. You can't send an order for them, we can't, and there's no setting that changes that. What the platform will do is carry out an exit rule a member put on their own trade: close at 3:45, cancel if it hasn't filled by 10:45. That's their instruction, not ours.
Can I connect my broker?
For your track record, almost certainly. Check yours in the broker lookup near the top of this page: Schwab and thinkorswim, tastytrade, Interactive Brokers, Tradier, Webull, E*TRADE, Fidelity, Robinhood and about thirty more, all read-only. For members placing orders: tastytrade and Tradier now; others in progress. Tell us where your members hold accounts and that's the order we build.
What happens to the spreadsheet I have now?
We import it. Those rows are marked self-reported and sit under the broker-confirmed rows that start from the day you connect. You don't start over. You get a second column that's stronger than the first.
Who owns the members?
You do. Your list, your brand, your relationship. FillRail is underneath, visible only as a "Powered by" line.
What does it cost me?
The tracker is $49 a month per connected account, $199 covers the whole shop, and you can cancel any month. It's free with the Execution Tier. The tier is a flat wholesale rate per member seat, which we go through on the demo. Never per trade, on either.
How does billing work?
Two ways. Members pay you through your own checkout, and FillRail's seat fee comes out automatically; the rest is yours. Or you keep billing wherever you bill today, and we invoice you per seat.
How do members get set up?
A link from you, a broker login they do on their broker's site, and they're in. FillRail never sees a member's brokerage password.
Who supports my members?
You handle your community and your content. FillRail handles anything about the platform, the broker connection, or an order.
Why not a webhook relay or a bot?
A relay moves text. A bot makes every member an engineer. FillRail populates the trade ticket in the member's account, from a single stock order to a four-leg spread, and leaves the decision to them.
